European Federation of Osteopaths

The E.F.O. committed itself to be enrolling under the European academic movement by respecting the proposals of Bologna as regards higher education:
"For any profession of health to high degree of responsibility and consultation primary care, an education of a BAC/A’ level + 5years minimum is essential ". Currently, with the support of the EFO, Switzerland and Belgium present already a specific teaching of osteopathy equivalent to BAC/A’ level + 6. In France, the working group on the decrees of application recommended system LMD(BAC + 6) in correlation with the proposals of Bologna.The EFO invites all the European higher education to be aligned at least on the proposals of Bologna.
